Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001000100001-9 WORKING PAPER Project: PT91005 Date: 15 JAN 91 Time: 0855-1000 Viewer: 052 Session: 01 DE 17JAN 3 17 JAN 91 SUMMARY OF INFORMATION: The target area is dark with vague, curved shapes of light. Water is nearby. Most of the area is land. I could make out one structure, possibly a tank. There is some type of movement from left to right that seems to be important. The movement is slow, precise, carefully planned and smooth. It seems to start out slowly then speed up. There are small, fat shapes associated with this movement. The purpose of this movement could be to destroy. I could not make out the destination of this movement, it seemed to be "unknown". At the end of the session, I had a strong feeling that this is a training target. It was hard to concentrate after that because War started today. 1 NOFORN Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001000100001-9
