Summary of Information
There is a very real
sense that most
of the activity is
taking place underground.
There is the feeling that there is a
network of tunnels and/or caves and/or passageways.
The
perception is one of an adaptation of natural underground
passages or caves into a subsurface, manmade network.
The most
important
aspects of the target are protected by thick walls or
layers.
There's a sense
that liquid is being moved via a series
of pipes, tubes or trough-shaped objects throughout the network.
There is a cold, crisp smell
associated with this liquid
There is one individual, a woman, who is changing her
clothing with an emphasis on the shoes.
Two other men are riding
within a small object.
They are heading for a meeting or
confrontation.
The term "ARTECH" is associated with either the
object they are riding in or the overall operation (s) .
There is a group of individuals (men) bending over a light
or small table.
They are looking over something and are planning
something associated with goals and movement.
There are numerous
mechanical sounds associated with this setting.
There is an alignment of stacks of flat objects which are
reminiscent of wooden shipping crates.

There is a circular object which appears to be floating in
the air.
It is within a squarish-shaped area with thick,
protective walls
on either side of it.
There is an orangish, circular glow moving towards an
individual
if
moving through a tube or tunnel.
The walls of
this immediate areahave a rippled appearance.
A movement of
small objects is associated with this locale.
There is an area where two parallel rows of alternating
objects occur.
There is a series of circular objects.
The largest one has
e square-shaped opening or feature to it. A lot of powdery off-
white material reminiscent of limestone or chalk is associated
with these objects.
The overall
operation is reminiscent of an underground
mining or moving of material on a large scale.
