Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000900440004-1 STIPPLED NOFORN SPECIAL ACCESS REQUIRED WORKING PAPER Project : 9007-II Date: 900321 Time: 0902-0933 Viewer: 018 Session: 02 SUMMARY OF INFORMATION: SG1A 1. (S/STD) Provide the true name of the person associated with the call sign Again, this question has no exact meaning, and therefore does not produce an exact answer. There was an impression that a "main person" involved had the name (phonetics only: "Enrique", "Ricky", "Reeky", "Rique", "Un Rique"). SG1A 2. (S/STD) Describe the vessel associated with the callsign The vessel is very large. The front of the ship appears to have a light blue band around the top with blue-green under it. The rear of the ship (see Fig. 1) appears to have a pile of loosely stacked black "things" on deck immediately in front of some very sturdy uprights. 3. £ (S/STD) Determine the current location of the vessel: (Time: 0920 hrs local, 21 MAR 90) Repeated attempts to locate the vessel produced no results. The ship, however, is "at sea" and underway. 4. (S/STD) Determine the destination (s) of the illegal drugs: Two impressions of destinations (both of which were in open water) were: a. Approx 100 miles north of Atol Das Rocas (Brazil), in the Atlantic b. Approx 100 miles west of Islas Revillagigedo (Mexico), in the Pacific. (S/STD) Determine the nature of the illegal drugs: The drugs located consist of a slab or very large, thin package of a cream-colored, pliable solid which has black streaks or marks on its surface. This "slab" of drugs is held to the wall by a yellowish rubber/plastic "cover" which buttons to the wall with large metal snaps. This is located next to a window, or some very bright, glaring, vertical light source.
