Viewer stated that vessel departed
from Spain, with destination of "Philadelphia." In view of ops
data, Philadelphia is unlikey destination, though inherently
possible.
Viewer also provided the name "Zeibart, " which may be
Dutch. Since one of vessel's ports-of-call was in the
Netherlands, this may have some sort of significance.
