conducted
a
total
of
six SOLO
sessions in am
effort to answer requirements against
the probable
narcotics smuggling vessel known as

provided the following EEI:

the vessel
is indeed carrying contraband
narcotics.

vessel?

Where
will
the off-loading/transfer of the narcotics
take place?

that
the
Vessel. is carrying
contraband in
the form
of tightly
packed bales
or large dense
blocks of hard resinous
the
vicinity
OF
substance which is located below deck, in
the
engine/fuel compartment. .
The vessel is
currently (03 1345L APR 90) located on the
north side
of Puerto
Rico, in the vicinity of San Juan, at approximately 18 35' 00'' N
066 05: 00" W.
The offloading/ transfer
of the
contraband will
take place
in southeastern Florida south of West Palm Beach and
north of Miami
(approx. 26 09' N 080 05' W) .

the
vessel
is carrying
contraband
which
is
located slightly forward and approximately
half-way up the structure of the ship.
The contraband is located
under the flooring.
This particular portion of the flooring also

the form of mescaline/peyote wrapped

paper
boxes and
tied with
string.
The contraband
is located aboard the vessel
near the food/kitchen area
at the .
bottom of
a steep stairwell.
The
current
location
of
the
drugs is near Ivory Coast around
Tabowat (04 N 07 W) .
The contraband
will be
offloaded in South
Carolina above Charleston at 33 N 79 W.

that
the
vessel
is carrying
contraband which is sealed/welded behind metal
panels inside the
hull on
the starboard
side, amidships.
It will require cutting
out to extract the contraband.
One
can
pinpoint
the
spot by
tapping on
the walls.
The current location (04 1230L APR 90) of
the vessel 21 12'N 55 40' W.
The primary route of
the vessel to
the drop off point is directly north to 48 N &1 W in the vicinity
of Grand Bank, New Foundland.
At this
location the vessel will
off load
£
contraband to smaller craft which will unload to ground
transportation which will
carry
the
contraband
along multiple
routes into the US.

reported
that
the
vessel
is carrying
contraband
narcotics
contained
in
green
and
white
boxes/containers that
are sitting on shelves on the vessel .
The
vessel
is currently (03 APR 90) located at 29 W
31 N.
The off-
loading will take place at Philadelphia, PA.
The vessel
may have
departed from Spain and
the phonetic
name
"ZIEBART"
is somehow
associated with the vessel/operation.

This is located on board
in a
dark, confined
area om
the port
side of
the vessel, just below
the waterline,
1/4th of the length
of the
vessel back
from the
bow.
The vessel

The
off-loading/transfer will
take place
om
a location just south of Bermuda (32 N 65
