SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target does not appear to have contraband aboard.
I did have the perception that it has on occasion carried
illegal contraband -- but I was not able to detect any on
this voyage. The current location of the vessel is 17 07' N
/ 64 09' W. The vessel is sailing on a heading of 230' and
is destined to take port at (Puerto Estrella) location, 12
03' N / 71 01' W.
I had the perception that there were
intelligence
sources watching this vessel and conditions surrounding it.
If there was a minimal risk then the vessel would be loaded
with illegal contraband
if the risk was not diminished
then vessel
would not be loaded.
