(recently) left Santa Marta, Colombia, en-route : for the Cayman
Islands located at geographical coordinates
19 40 N / 81 30 W.
It is anticipated that the target vessel may in the Cayman
Islands as early as 16 Apr 90, according to the vessel's last
known speed and heading.
