SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

A small light-weight air carrier will make an airdrop of
contraband onto a small open vessel at geographical coordinates
25 Degrees North and 80 Degrees West.
This drop will occur
anytime from three hours to three days.
The name "Sephen/Stephen/Sephten" phonetically surfaced as a
call sign in reference to the aircraft.
The term "kilglight" phonetically surfaced.
