Determine the current location of the target vessel identified as
SG1A
13 deg 15 min N / 71 deg 53 min W at 1250 hrs 16 MAY 90 (See MAP,
FIG. 1.), and does not appear to be headed toward the Roncador Bank.
2.
Is the target vessel carrying contraband in the form of drugs? If so,
how wrapped and where stored aboard ship ?: The only drugs located on board
were a very small amount for personal use. They are located in a small
"glove compartment" in the main cabin, in a long green plastic box.
3.
Where and when will the drugs be off-loaded/transferred ?: N/A
4.
Determine the port (s)-of-call in the US where the illegal drugs will be
