SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
The target vessel is located at 14º 50'N 77º 40'W.
There are at least four people on board. There is a square
shape which appears to be a wooden crate.
There is a large, rectangular, metal, greyish/silver
container which has a lid on the top and opens upward.

Inside the
packages there is a sweet smell, but it is bitter.
