destination of the drugs is believed to be somewhere along the
southeast coast of the US. EEI is as follows:

Determine the current location of the target vessel.
b.
Determine if the vessel is currently carrying drugs; if
so, where stored aboard ship.
c.
Where and when will the target vessel off-load/transfer
the contraband in the form of drugs.
d.
What is the ultimate destination of the contraband in
the US.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The vessel
is currently (18 1200L May 90) located northwest
of the Antilles at 67 21 N 12 33 W heading due NE.
The vessel is currently carrying contraband
in the
form of
5-6 kilograms
of cocaine.
The
cocaine is
located at
midships
just
to
the
portside
Of
the
center
the
vessel
at the
waterline.
The
cocaine
has been molded into something brown,
smooth and
plastic.
There was
the impression
that because of
this it could not be smelled by dogs.
To get the
cocaine out the
brown thing has to be destroyed/broken.
The cocaine will be
offloaded to
another vessel
on 21

then 22) May 1990 between 1800-2000L (our time) .
The ultimate destination of the contraband is the mideastern
United States.
