(As of 1330 hrs): 21 MAY 90: 15 deg 5 min N / 62 deg W.
2.
Describe the nature of the illegal drugs aboard ship, if any: None
PRESENTLY aboard ship.
Goods just delivered were a white, acrid-tasting
powder.
3. How are the illegal drugs wrapped; and where are they stored on board
the ship ?: Drugs just off-loaded were wrapped in plastic packages, which
were approx. 2" X 10" X 10", and were kept under a light blue plastic tarp
or covering.
4.
Where will the illegal drugs be off-loaded/transferred ?:
Transfer
already completed at sea to a much larger ship which appears to have been a
passenger ship.
5. Where in the U.S. will the illegal drugs be offloaded ?: In Texas,
probably Galveston or Houston (in the ship channel).
6.
