RESPONSE: Midship, on pallettes, in 55gal drums w/ false bottoms.
The drugs are under the false bottoms and some unidentified kind of
liquid is above the false bottoms, in the tops of the drums.
b.
Determine where the drugs will be offloaded/transferred.
RESPONSE: In port, in Kingston, Jamaica, with other cargo.
c.
Determine when the drugs will be offloaded/transferred.
RESPONSE: Already done.
d.
List any other salient data which would assist in the search for
the contraband.
RESPONSE: Few, if any, of the people on board know that they are
carrying drugs.
