The vessel will travel north toward the Grand Bahamas. She is carrying cocaine, destined for West Palm Beach, FL. OOE: 021000L Jul Currently located at 2450N 7645W. Carrying cocaine on starboard side at amidships, below in a bench or storage box/compartment. Will not go as far north a Palm Beach; is destined for Ft. Lauderdale. There is another vessel close to but cannot tell whether the two are associated. This is a repeat run for the OOF: 021015L Jul 90 Located at 2457N 7835W. It is carrying some form of contraband drugs on a "train" (see diagram). Destination is 2658N 8005W. The contraband can be associated with large bags of sacks of coffee or spices.
