Approved For Release 2001/03/07 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000800310002-8 Feedback: JT4-047-90 3 Jul 90 SG1A OOC: 03 1540L JUN 90 SG1A Entity is currently located at Coco Solo, PN. is not moving (may SG1A be a fixed site.) Two to three entities are currently associated with One is a small, white vessel with Swedish markings. It is currently located at 15 N 82 W. is helping the vessel to move contraband. is instructing the vessel to sail in a NW direction up the coastal waters. However, it has not yet given the vessel a specific destination for unloading/transfering the contraband. Name or callsign associated with this vessel is "NINJA/NINJO/NONJA/NONNA." is using low frequency. "DF is low." (NFI). SG1A SGIA SG1A SG1A OOF: 03 1510L JUN 90 The entity known as may have, as a first name(s), one or more of the following singularly or in combination: JUAN, MANUEL, RAMONE or RAMOND. Their middle or last name is TIRESTE. The entity is a male of average, but well kept, appearance. He has black hair and a high forehead. He is clean cut but it can not be ascertained if he, himself, is meticulous or if he prefers that his surroundings are kept meticulously. This individual is currently taking some sort of medicine for a malady from which he now suffers. He has an air of affluence without really "showing it". He is concerned about upcoming situations, keeps himself isolated from others, is aloof and frightens others around him. He is currently thinking in terms of "covert". He is also currently concerned with "videos" for some reason. I get the sense that this individual likes or enjoys snakes and may have one or more as a pet. He is standing by himself, isolated, watching some sort of public event; an event reminiscent of a bull or cock fight. He is enjoying this event and the word "BOSCO" feels very important or significant to him right now. He is also thinking of a pending operation which involves a boat on a river or stream. The location of the boat/river is reminiscent of low mountains or the foothill section of a small mountain range. The following C/S's and associated names were perceived: C/S Actual Name/Entity VACA or VOSCO JUAN or JUANITA TUELO or TUELLO ALBERTO CAQUE ESCUELA *JIMI ZACAQUE ZECUDA TIGRE * This set of C/S-Name feels more important or significant, a higher status as it were, than the other sets.
