SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

is A WIDE CARGO VESSEL, dark/black hull,
white superstructure ( instan) and high sides, Hull below
WATERLINE IS RED. VessEL has one MAST/CRANE
In FRONT of SUPERSTRUCTURE. Vessel is coming from
Spain. It's cargo is containers of dark leather
or thin wood ( crafts on for crufts) and other " day goods"
(NFI). Vessel is carrying contraband heroin.
The contraband is located on board in the
Stein, below the waterline on the starboard side
midway between centen + hull.
Vessel is currently (061130L JUL 90) located
heading Sw (248)
AT 14 40N 4745 W,Alt will rendezvous
with a 35-40 foot wooden, "local " (like a
Colored
banana boat) light/"caribe" buen vessel, This
Vessel will come from + return to Trinidad.
TRANSFER LOCATION IS 10°50' N 60°1%' W
AND will take PLACE on 15 JUL 90 between
1800-2230 hours
LOCATION OF CONTRABAND .
