Determine the present location of the target vessel = ( RESPONSE: There was a very vague indication that the may have been located in the area of the Virgin Islands/British Virgin Islands at the time Source was interviewed. Determine if there is illegal contraband in the form of drugs aboard. RESPONSE: Yes. .3. If so: ... a. Where are the drugs located aboard the vessel? RESPONSE: The drugs are located in the rear of the ship, in the lower portion (hold?). There are 1 or 2 large "tanks", similar to large butane tanks. At least the front one contains drugs, and there is an indication that the rear one does, too. The tanks - have a smaller tank welded inside a larger one. The smaller, inside tank contains liquid, and the area between the inner and outer tanks contains the drugs. The tanks are of very heavy gauge metal and will have to be cut open to get to the drugs. b. Determine where the drugs will be offloaded/transferred. RESPONSE: Not addressed, due to lack of time. C.
