Summary of Information
The target is currently located at 27 40 S
81 55 W.
The vessel
is setting dangerously low in the water as if it had been
overloaded.
The seas are becoming heavier and the vessel is
barely "keeping its nose above water" right now.
There are
portions of the vessel which are missing; in other words, the
integrity of the vessel is incomplete.
There was a small fire
with an associated smell of ozone nearby.
It was caused by a
piece of metal which was thumping/hitting against a group of
curving tube-shaped objects.
The fire itself was small and did
not spread vessel-wide.
However ,
this fire is linked to the
current condition of the vessel.
It can move forward but is
drifting to the side, causing its course to be at an angle rather
than straight ahead.
It will not be able to maneuver at all if
the seas become any heavier
There are 7 or 8 individuals on
board.
However, several of them seem distant or in a daze.
One
individual on the bridge is staring unfocused out towards the
forward horizon.
Two other individuals are sitting on the floor
lending against the wall.
They also seem "incomplete".
There
are gaps not only throughout the ship but also within the people.
