SUMMARY OF
INFORMATION:
Short range ballistic missiles will be used against
US and coalition forces in Saudi Arabia.
The first time
they are used will be approximately toward the end of the
first week in November 1990 at night, through to January
1991.
They will be launched from 31 05 N / 47 20 E,
between the towns of Al
'Azair and Al Qurna, to 27 30 N /
45 40 E in Saudi Arabia.
When first given the coordinates, I could see
narrow, pointed object that is very sharp at the end.
It
is a rounded, tube like object and gets wider at the
bottom, with fin-like objects on each side.
It is bright
and seems to be taking off up into the air.
It is moving
very fast.
While it is moving upward,
is turning in a
clockwise direction, almost spinning.
is very loud in
this area.
Noise seems
to be everywhere.
It is not one
single sound, there are many sounds, all over.
There is a
rustling sound, a shaking sound, and a very loud, constant,
unidentifiable sound.
At first

in what looked like sand, moving very slow, then I saw many
people running and loud, contributing to the noise.
The
entire area is dark, the only bright thing is the tube like
object in the air.
I
can see flashes of $= light. First
its dark, then a flash moves from left to right, lighting
up the area, then it is dark again.
The flashes first make
straight lines across the area, then rounded balls of
light.
The darkness is very heavy.
It feels like I have a
heavy weight on my body and I can't
move.
It is almost
like there is smoke all around me.
I
only saw the one tube
like object taking off into the air, but later I could see
five or six of them lined up in a row.
Hearing aircraft overhead, I saw people loading up a
long, narrow, barrel like object and pointing it into the
air, shooting at the aircraft.
It make me think of an
anti-aircraft weapon.
Looking over the area, I found it to
be very dry, barren, hot, and having little bumps of hills
over and across the terrain.
I could also see a very large
hole in the ground.
There is and odd shaped object that
has a strange texture,
It feels like curly cotton balls
yet wirery.
It is soft but very stubbly and nappy.
