This report provides an interim response to the
effort made to determine plans and intentions resulting from a
meeting held in Hong Kong and attended by
SG1

Remote Viewer 032 described the meeting as a
"strategy session" identified under the expression
SG1
A
SG1A
predicates the projected use of Greenland, Canada, and
Alaska as major points of entry for the routing of contraband in
the form of illegal drugs.
Two distinct groups of personnel
attended the meeting (s).
The first predominantly wore suits; the
second group wore "kofias" (arabian head wrappings) and hats with
tassels (fez?) .
Phonetic expressions associated with the first
group surfaced as, "Mendez, Scobar, Tielle." Phonetics
associated with the second group surfaced as, "Jawal, Tat, Tet,
Moal,
Misir."
Apparent code names associated with the projected
activities surfaced
as, "Winchester,
Ice Man,
Out Rigger (sic) and
Rigger. "
The assassination of a young man took place before the
meeting; somehow, it was related to the meeting and intended to
be a "lessons learned" action.
Assassinations of prominent
American officials were also considered.

Viewer 095 attempted to access the three main
figures identified in the background data in an effort to
determine plans and intentions.
(S/STD)
appears responsible for the
implementation of some sort of human recruitment program to
insure that key positions would be filled by personnel
assuring
the flow of the contraband.
Coercion and bribery will be used
extensively towards this goal.
b. (S/STD)
became responsible for the illegal
transport and delivery of non-US manufactured automatic weapons
by surface vessel .
c.
(S/STD)
role is directed towards the
manipulation (laundering) of money and "stock prices. "

One of the three persons attending the meeting became responsible
to insure the timely elimination/assassination of a "government
official . "
The nationality of the government official was not
further identified. Copies of 095's three summaries are at TAB B.
