SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The individual in question is no longer allve. He can
be found on the surface ior brief periods of time but he is
usually
several
feet under the surface (maybe 3' - ' ). 1
cannot tell if there are any flotation devices present but
there is something yellow under one of his arms.
Currents are moving him quickly to the
West

area; his body position when he
does surface is sideways. the

but it is not inflated.
