SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target is a series of structures that are both
above and under ground (see sketches). There are
approximately five floors that
could see and there
are
perhaps several more but i was not able to focus on them.
The structures are constructed of concrete and steel and
are heavily wired and are climate controlled.
There are metal pipes and electrical conduits running
overhead and along many of the walls, And there are central
shafts leading to the surface which serve
accesses
tor
people and equipment and others are for ventilation.
I followed the machine sounds to the source and saw
large pumps, spinning turbines in a room that was hot
(reminded me of a boiler room in and older building).
There were office areas, desks and chairs. There was
an
area that seemed to be like a Tactical Operations Center
with clocks, electronic gear, people on watch, IV monitors
etc.
