SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target area is made up of numerous structures.
The
principal structure looks like it is vented in
Some way.
There are aspects of plastic, metal, louvers, vents, pipes,
and cylinders.
The activity at the target is noisy. There is a loud
buzzing sound accompanied by pounding and machine sounds.

felt that

was in the presence of a construction site or
building partially under construction with parts of it
already completed and operational .
Perceptions of the purpose of the target are that it
functions in a government/intel role.
