SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
Target is a facility which appears to be in a built up
area.
The major building I perceived was one
which
large and expansive inside. There were a number of objects
inside the building sitting on a storage table. these
objects were ceramic
dark brown ceramic
and had metal
or
another color ceramic jackets. The objects were constructed
to serve or look like electrical insulators (a very large
type). Inside the objects there was an irritating substance
---
loosely packed, granular, which stung my eyes and
irritated my nose and throat.
I
saw trucks arriving at the building, backing up to
it and others pulling away. ine trucks were dusty
and
the area was hot and dry.
While inside the large building i saw
through the
large front door (which was open) objects passing quickiy
by. These objects moved too quickly for me to pin down what
they were (see sketch #3).
I also saw someone being dragged inco che large
building by two men. The light was at their
Dacks and they
were difficult to make out. Ine one in
the center (see
sketch #1) was definitely not wanting to be there.
