SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target is somewhere on highway 19 (See sketch #1).
HE is headed south or west. My perception is that he is
ultimately heading west but perhaps this current direction
is a diversion. He is staying in motels, (See sketch #2).
He is in New Mexico. Watch for Nogales.
