SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The vessel is carrying contraband in the form of cocaine.
The
current location of the vessel is 18º N - 63º E near the Virgin
Islands.
The vessel is moving quickly and is now prepared to
off-load.
The contraband is located at E2 on board.

attached maps.
It is wrapped in clear plastic bags which are in
small
attache suitcases with metal handles.
The vessel
is

bi-level, light on the bottom and dark on the top deck.
captain has dark hair and a beard.
There are at least three men
aboard the vessel
with hand guns.
The intended destination of
the drugs is toward Nassau at 27ºN - 78° W.
However, the vessel
itself is moving in a northern direction and could go as far as
Canada.
