SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
A small group of individuals currently within the structure are
planning, military and political action for takeover of Panama.
This is not Manual Noreiga's right wing but an organization which
the United States would prefer in power.
This group is
restructuring and building in size to eventually control Panama.
They consist primarily of military people who have war
intentions.
This new Panamanian government is constantly
physically moving and will succeed.
However, Manuel Noreiga will
not be caught and brought to criminal
justice the way the United
States is hoping for now.
Our troops will be spending quite
awhile in Panama, contrary to what was expected.
Much more war
and blood shed will occur before the new Government reigns.
