SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The site is a foreign government facility with water nearby.
An
area has visual
screens and touch tone timing machinery.
A
capsulated object is hanging with engine sounding components
which generate heat.
The inner metallic portion of the object is
engaged for release and disembodiment (elevation) .
This
mechanism is the guiding energy force.
Its objective is
elimination (anti) and aerial overlay.
