SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The site is flat with farm land in the area.
A red and white
flag is present.
The activity includes extensive piping and fire
sparks, thus creating light sound waves and exaustive fumes
(clouding and upheaval). See attached sketches.
This is a war
means
(physics) and its elements are destructive.
Hydro activity
and resonance are emphasized.
The hydro activity causes the
clouding effect.
The purpose is to commence resonance and
restrict the presence of negative activity.
This object is
large, shaped like a pencil, and used selectively. For
