SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
Illegal drugs in the form of marijuana are aboard the vessel
SG1A
The
SG14
is currently located west of the
Yucatan Channel at a position estimated as 22 N/ 86 30" W; it has
not yet changed its name.
It remains dead in the water at the
geographical location previously indicated.
The
will
unload the drugs at Matamoros, Mexico. Matamoros, Mexico, is
located immediately south of Brownsville, Texas.
In about a
month from now (@ 27 July 1989), the marijuana will then be
transported by aircraft to an area identified as Isla Vista
located in the area of Santa Barbara.
