loading contraband drugs from an unidentified mother vessel in
the area of Serrenilla Island (about 150 miles southwest of
Jamaica.

Determine where and when the
suspect vehicles will unload illegal contraband drugs in the US.
As a first action, determine if the suspect vessels will/are
indeed carrying contraband drugs.
Current location of vessels,
packaging and location of the packages aboard ship are of
secondary importance.
Time permitting, provide phonetic
indicators to assist in identifying the so-called mother ship.
