south of Haiti, at geographical coordinates 12 06' N 73 07: W.
It is believed to be heading to rendezvous with U/I associates to
engage in a surface transfer and/or unload provisions.
4. REQUIREMENTS:

route and speed of advance of the mother-ship
from its last known location. WHAT Is IT's CURRENT LOCATION?
b.
Determine the location of contraband on board, if any.
c.
Determine the date, time and location
of the transfer/ off-
loading point.
d.
Provide
the
name
(or phonetics) and a description of the
mother ship.
e.
Identify (description and name/phonetics) of any associated
