1.
(S/STD/NF)
On 10
April 1990, four remote viewers (# 018,
025, 032 and 079) conducted a total of four SOLO sessions in an
effort to
answer
additional requirements against the probable
narcotics smuggling vessel known as
The customer
SG1A
provided the following EEI:
a.
Determine current location of the vessel.
b.
Determine the
time, date and location where the
contraband will be unloaded.
c.
Describe the activity at the unloading point at the time
of unloading.
d. Determine and describe the vessel's route of travel.
2.
(S/STD/NF)
018 reported that the current (10 0945L APR 90)
location of the vessel is 14 N 28 W. The route of the vessel has
been
a fairly straight line from 45
N 17 W to the present
location and will continue this way to the location (1 N 38 W)
where the drugs will be transferred to a small ship. This will
occur late night-early dawn the morning 13 APR 90. The small ship
will come parallel to
and an inflatable chute will be
SG1A
put between the ships.
The drugs will be passed down the chute
from
down to the small ship.
This smaller ship will
leave before daylight and travel northwestward along the South
American
Coast
to a point right at the Venezuela and Guyana
border. The entire process of transfer through final delivery is
scheduled to happen between Good Friday and Easter Sunday (13-15
APR 90).
-
3.
(S/STD/NF)
025
reported that the current (10 0830L
APR 90)
location of
the vessel is 19 N 75 W (south of Cuba). The vessel
will travel around the east side of Cuba and proceed to the
southern tip of Florida (25 N 82 W), where the contraband will be
unloaded. There will young men on board guarding the vessel at
the time of offloading.
The drugs originated from Colombia.

4.
(S/STD/NF )
032 reported that the vessel is currently (10
1030L APR 90) at 15 03' 31 01' W. From its current location the
vessel
is sailing 20-25 knots on a heading of 47.5 magnetic.
Once it reaches the vicinity of the Canary Islands it will turn
to a heading of
305 magnetic and sail
to the vicinity of the
transfer point.
The contraband will
be transferred to small
ships (which
look like speedboats) on 16 April 90, at 2200 hours
local time.
The transfer will take place at 53 03' N 54 05' W.
Within 24 hours of the original transfer and within 50 miles of
the original transfer point, the contraband
will be transferred
from the small vessels
to sea plane (s) .
Then during the next
several days the seaplane (s) will make landings in small inland
lakes and
waterways through Eastern Canada and the northeastern
US. At these locations the planes will transfer the contraband
to shore based vehicles. All unloading points will be covered by
darkness and out of the normal range of sight (this means that a
person standing on the shore cannot determine the activity at the
transfer point. ) Unloading/transfers at inland waters can be
observed but they will
be highly secured by armed men on the
shore. All downloading is accomplished by hand.
5. (S/STD/NF )
079 reported that the vessel is currently (10
1000L APR 90) located at 19 N 55 W. The vessel is travelling in
a northwesterly direction toward the eastern shore of New Jersey.
The contraband
will be off-loaded along the New Jersey coast in
the vicinity of Atlantic City.
The ultimate destination of the
contraband is Philadelphia, PA.
6.
(S/STD/NF )
Located at TAB A is a map showing all the points
and approximate routes of the vessel (s) provided by all viewers.
Located at

session summaries and EEI

DATE: Total time of transfer to
another ship and other ship reaching its destination appears to be scheduled
to occur from Good Friday through Easter Sunday. LOCATION: Transfer point:
approximately 1 degree North / 38 degrees West (see map, Fig. 1).
3.
(S/STD)
Describe activity at unloading point at time of unloading:
A
smaller ship will come alongside the
SG1A
parallel to it. Some sort
of inflatable dark grey "chute" will be spread between a door/window in the
side of the
SG1A
and the smaller boat. The drugs will be passed down
the chute.
4.
(S/STD)
Determine and describe the route of travel: A line from
approximately 45 degrees North / 17 degrees W to transfer point. Path of
drugs from there will be northwestward along northern coase of South
