An estimated eleven scientists employed by the
US Smithsonian Institute to conduct research on a tiny island off
the western coast of Panama were reported as being held hostage.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION:

Determine the current location of the hostages.
Current
location is defined to mean "the actionable period of time when
the hostages may be found.
NOTE:
If accessing the hostages and their surroundings is
conducive to a successful search; provide such data.
If not,
belay this requirement.

specific, geographical coordinates.
