SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
1.
(S/NF/SK)
Describe the activity of intelligence interest:
The
activity appears to deal with:
a.
Concealed weapons aboard a large ship, presently at dock in a
large, industrial port, and
b. The control of that ship and its activities by a person in a
smaller sailing vessel which is sailing in open water.
2.
(S/NF/SK)
Describe the target site and its immediate surroundings:
a.
The large ship is greenish-white on top and black/brown on bottom.
It is very large and tall, made completely of metal.
Inside this ship is a
dark, narrow area (see sketch, page 10) which has some large equipment on
one side of the area, and pipes running along the metal wall on the other
side.
There is a strong feeling of concealed weapons in this area.
b. The small ship is brightly lit and very clean. It is under way on
the open water, and given a constant feeling of smooth, curving, sluicing
motion. It has a gracefullness which is impressive. It is all white in
color and very tall and slender. The top portion curves in the direction of
its travel (see sketch, page 4).
3.
(S/NF/SK)
Describe the persoinnel directly related with the target:
a.
The personnel aboard the large vessel are, for the most part, dirty
and greasy. There is one person aboard who is fairly cleanly dressed in
blue and white clothes. This man has a very sturdy stance and walk (as

though he has good "sea legs"). He is very serious, determined, and
business-like.
b. The personnel aboard the sailing vessel are cleanly dressed. They
are serious-natured, but joke a lot among themselves. There is one person
aboard this ship who is not accustomed to being on the open water at all.
He has black hair, needs a shave, and has a "pudgy" body-build. He is the
person who is in control of both ships.
4. (S/NF/SK)
Additional: I found absolutely no evidence of drugs aboard
either ship.
