Inclemencies: None reported.
b.
095 reaccessed the site quickly and proceded to work from the
ground floor upward. 095 professed a continued confusion because of a subtle
difference between the target's apparant purpose and what 095 felt to be its
real purpose ("it's medical, hospital, etc., but that's not what it is!").
In spite of 095's continuing doubt, the final concept of "biological testing"
produced an observed reaction of satisfaction, after all the confusion.

Structure B has many large rooms.
These are of normal (8ft)
height but are long and wide. There are lots of hallways and the
"wing" concept is used in the organization of the building.
The building has a very aseptic feel.
The decor utilizes
white colors and everything has a smooth, clean feel. Lots of
stainless steel items in the building. There are white counters
with bottles, jars and other scientific glassware.
There is an
old fashioned feel to the equipment.
The building and its
aseptic nature gave me an AOL of "hospital".
On the ground floor are administrative offices, a storage
room for files and a cafeteria.
There are many people coming in
and out and it is very chaotic.
This gave me an AOL of "NSA"
which was caused by the concepts: long hallways, people, white
collar, government, task oriented scurrying, destination oriented
scurrying (people on breaks) and tile floors.
The floors on the
ground floor are very clean and polished.
Some where on the
ground floor are some machines used for testing.
The building is administratively organized into departments
and sections.
The layout of each floor is shown below.

The people in the building consider this ring-shaped layout
to be a real annoyance because from wherever they are to wherever
they want to go, "they can't get there from here. "
Even if the
direct "as the crow flies" distance from one office to another is
only 10 feet, they have to walk all the way around the building
to get there.
In the building are numerous, large, industrial-size
autoclaves.
These are used for sterilization.
Lots of cloth is
used and reused (after being washed and somewhat sterilized) - in
a
function where the US would use disposables.
Associated with the activity in the building are the
concepts of biology and testing. In the building is a woman
(AOL: babushka) whose hair is drawn back with cloth or a cap.
is wearing a gown and is performing repetitive, mundane tasks.
She is filling test tubes with reagent and carrying them across
the room after which she gets more test tubes and fills them and

Carries them across the room.
"She does this again and again.
The building gives me an AOL/S of a major biological test
laboratory which performs lots of routine, almost factory-like
functions.
