Site is building B of complex (structures A, B and C) .
Building has a front entrance to the street. This entrance
is blocked from the inside. There is an entrance to
building B from building A. This entrance is on the right
side of the main hallway which runs the length of building
A. Building B is a large open room (AOL/S like a garage) .
The windows of the room are blocked and blacked out, from
the inside. There is something/many things that are stacked
one upon the other. Wooden crates and metal boxes are
present in the room. There are black cylinders (approx
18-24") stacked neatly and horizontal on the floor against
the east wall of the room.
There are persons assembling things, and there are
maps and charts of some sort hanging on the north and
northwest walls. There is a desk with a chair (AOL/S like a
school teachers in a classroom) , the desk is at the head or
front of the room.
There are weapons present in the room, small arms
ammunition boxes -- all are present. They build things in
this room.
There are soldering irons, small tools, drills,
and wire.
I see a subway or train station. The train is
stopping, people wait to get on and others prepare to get
off. An explosion takes place and people are thrown
everywhere. I see a small car explode. I see people
gathered together and violence erupts.
These inhabitants of the building watch, home-in on
and destroy whatever and whoever gets in their way. They
are ruthless. Money is a big issue with them. Money is more
important than anything else.

want to call them terrorists, but these guys are for
hire. They work for pay -- big pay. There is very little
that is patriotic or national about them.
When seeking the key individual 1 found many people

it is a very complex and convoluted chain to the top. But,
one man sticks out as the leader in this building. He is
30-35 years old. He has straight black hair, dark skin,
dark eyes, a moustache, periodically wears glasses. He is
medium to thinly built -- not vory muscular. He likes to
wear jewelry -- and is wearing two bracelets one on each
arm. He has piercing eyes and is a cruel person. He is
ambitious and seeks wealth.
These people assemble items that look like boxes with
rocker switches, buttons, batteries, and antenna.
There is
an occiloscope in the room, frequency measuring devices,
thin sheets of some material that can be layered. These
devices are hidden, packaged, concealed and made to look
like something they are not. There are also sinks and a
refrigerator in the room.
The refrigerator is against the west wall of the room
and it contains a number of things. There are 18 sealed
class vials containing a crystal clear liquid. The liquid
is so clear it almost has a blue tint to it. It is (AOL/S
Borontribromide) sealed against contact with the air

is explosive, poisonous and is used as an ignition, a
starter, a catalyst, or a trigger! There are other contents
with tubes filled with white crystals and there is a
stainless steel cylinder with a screw-in stopper.
Building A is a front, it is a place where meals are
prepared, meetings are held and information is passed
lends credence to the existence of the other buildings.
Building C, is a place to house people, hold people;
workers, prisoners, quards, soldiers (AOL/S like a
bunkhouse ) .
