COMMENTS:
a.
Inclemencies: Chronic cough.
b.
095 developed excellent site contact, almost immediately, and was
very quickly overcome by a strong AI of burning heat on the face. This was
worked around, but returned 8 or 10 times in the session. Access was also
gained to a "key person" at the site. The accession of a person on a mental
level is evidently not a normal part of 095's RV technique, but was evidently
strong and fruitful.

In the building described in previous sessions, are many
offices.
The hallways are narrow and cramped and are white and
brown in color; the walls have a rough plaster feel .
In one area is a bright, narrowly focused (less than 45
degrees) source of IR radiation which made me feel like my face
was burning.
This severe aesthetic impact caused me to
experience AOLs of heat lamp, interrogation lamp, open air
nuclear test to test effects on people) .
Some of the offices in the building are large and are filled
with busy, industrious white collar workers who are the
equivalent of "GS 7 - 9 s. "
The work-space is crowded and has a
typical bureaucratic lack of privacy.
This facility has a
"SOP," that is a formally written out
mission/mission statement.
Ideas for action, though, don't seem
to originate here but rather come from above.
"Above" is located
to the southeast.
In one of the rooms there is a meeting going on where men
are sitting around a rectangular table discussing fiscal matters
to include operating funds, cuts and concerns about the cuts.
This facility has a "paper" product, that is nothing
physical is produced. Rather the output is reports of various
types.
The reports must be of a nature that they will be of
practical use to someone (ie., evoke a practical
application/response) .
The facility has a strong feel of administrative duality
associated with it: either civil-military or civil-communist
party.
Concepts such as administration, security, psychology are
associated with the facility.
The cue "key person" evoked the same blonde, round-faced man
from the previous session. He has very distinctive features:
his face is very soft and round, his lips and nose are thick.
His hair is receding.
This man is filled with a strong anger due
to a sudden lack of institutional prestige for the facility. He
is upset because they must now do a "better" job with less money.
It used to be that they could get all the funds they wanted with
little or no justification.
