COMMENTS:
a.
Inclemencies: Chronic cough.
b.
095 developed site contact very quickly, and was immediately
affected by the quality of air at the site. The air quality drove the strong
AI of further lung irritation, and 095's coughing became almost
uncontrollable. Several breaks were taken, but each return to the site
caused further coughing. As a result, only the first EEI was fully
addressed. 095 asked to continue tomorrow inside the structure, in hopes of
letting the AI subside.

Site is a long, high structure with a flat roof. It has at.
least five stories. Between each story outside is a thin ledge.
The building is light in color.
It is in a city which is gray,
dingy and cold (AOL: USSR, East Germany) .
Inside the structure
has many hallways. A wide main hallway cuts across the center of
the building width-wise.
Several narrow hallways run lengthwise.
There is also a feeling of rooms within rooms or hallways which
don't lead out to the main hallway. One area inside is carpeted
and has wood trim. AOL/Signals of government, legal and security
guards.
