SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

The vessel
known
as
is
currently located in the Gulf
of Mexico at geographical
coordinates 25 degrees 30 minutes North.
and 90 degrees West, and heading towards the Bahamas via Key
West.
While in the Key West area the
will receive
SG1A
communications and instructions.

The
will
then sail to a location identified as
southwest of Andros Island where it will offload "in part" its
cargo of
arms.

The
will
then offload the remaining cargo of
arms/ammo to another vessel at a location west of St Lucia at 14
degrees north and 64 degrees 15 minutes West.

will then load marihuana/hashish at an area
identified as Fort-de-France,
Martinique. The drugs are destine
for delivery to several ports; two of these surfaced and were
identified as North Myrtle Beach and Carolina Beach.
