SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

The

currently located at about 38N/160W; it
is transporting a heavy load of cocaine in the form of "packaged
crystals" stored in what is known as the vessel 's "Secure Area"
located mainly amidships and slightly forward towards the bow.
Three other vessels are concomitantly involved with the

The first vessel is known as
" a ship that left Hong Kong on or about 11
November 1988.
A second vessel was phonetically identified as
the "WESYUL/WESZUEL.

Mendocino located in the northwest area of California, without
any contraband aboard ship; it will already have unloaded its
illegal contraband cargo onto the "WESYUL/WESZUEL. "
Some time after 7 December 1988, the "WESYUL/WESZEL" will
reach its destination in the vicinity of Queen Charlotte Island,
British Columbia, Canada.
It will be carrying illegal drugs in
"crystal" form.
