is currently located 75 miles south of the
island of Cayo Largo.

Cayo Largo is located
about 70 miles west of Trinidad.

On or about 1 November 1988, the
will be located
immediately west of the Florida Keys (ENCLOSURE 2)
where it can
be readily intercepted.
Palm Beach, a second area located immediately south of Cocoa,
and Daytona Beach, Florida, surfaced as areas where the drugs are
likely to be unloaded.

ENCLOSURE 3. The drugs will be off-
loaded before the vessel reaches St. Augustine.
The drugs are stored in a cargo hole located aft among rows
of boxes associated with or containing "wedgewood" material.
