SUMMARY OF
INFORMATION
SG1A
The
sailed from the area of Houma, LA, across the
Panama Canal to the Pacific Basin and headed for a port west of
the capital city of Bogota, Columbia.
The vessel is currently carrying a "big load" of cocaine
obtained from Columbia.
The bulk of the "big load" is stowed in
the hole located amidship next to a toilet.
covering
The cocaine is
- Plastic
stored in white cellophane bags packaged in brown, square-shaped
packages bearing the words phonetically indicated as "days/hays".
A relatively smaller amount of drugs to include cocaine is stored
in a steward's cabin.
The name
"Luella/Lowella/Louella" phonetically surfaced as
that of a passenger's name who is somehow knowledgeable of the
presence of the cocaine aboard ship.
The vessel is currently
located at a point estimated as
being about 1550 miles west of Bogota, Columbia, and about 400
miles south of Salina Cruz, Mexico.
[The vessel's current
location appeared to be the issue of utmost importance to the
customer at this time].
The vessel was originally destined to sail towards the west
coast of the US; however, a change in plans appears likely.
The
vessel may very well implement an alternate plan that will bring
it to the southeast coast of the US. St Augustine surfaced as a
possible, ultimate destination.
