SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The facility is a key industrial complex, a research and
development (R&D) center dedicated to the development of
advanced weaponry, SIGINT capabilities, and the assimilation of
space modular systems.
The name "Putman" phonetically surfaced
to describe a US military/government official having partial
access to this facility.
The area highlighted in yellow (ENCLOSURE 1), is described as
the "industrial site" dedicated to research and development
efforts in (conceptual) "mathematical designs, " advanced weaponry
with space applications, development of advanced optics and laser
systems.
The area highlighted in red (ENCLOSURE 1), is mostly if not
exclusively, dedicated to R&D efforts in optics and lasers.
Concepts related to the focus and direction of light beams were
described with what phonetically surfaced as the "Alman Ring. "
A
conceptual representation of the "Alman Ring" with light dots is
at ENCLOSURE 2.
Raw, conceptual data related to ongoing R&D target activity
surfaced phonetically as follows:
"Quasar/Qualar", believed to
be some sort of laser system; "Brunizem" activity;
the use of
"brucine" (a poisonous alkaloid) ; and "stoichiometry" (dealing
with laws of proportion and conservation of energy). The name

"Stillman" phonetically
surfaced as someone knowledgeable of this
ongoing research effort.
The results of pure research efforts conducted in the "red"
area are pursued in the "yellow" industrial area to develop the
practical application of these scientific findings.
A series of "DF" (Direction Finding ?) antennas (See Sketch
at ENCLOSURE 2) appeared related to the transmission and receipt
of information from a Soviet space satellite conceptually
represented in a sketch at ENCLOSURE 4.
