Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000600200001-3 Session Summary Viewer 095 21 December 1988 1326-1345 CRV Area D is a fenced-in area with several structures, two of which have a narrow alley between them. General impression is that these structures are somewhat older than those in other areas. Associated with the structures are the idea of storage and of a 'loading' area. Men are stacking long cylinders (AOL: torpedoes) onto a flat bed truck. This area is very secure, but these workers could care less about security. The cylinders are approximately 2 1/2 feet diameter and 10-15 feet long. A sketch of the back end of one of the cylinders is shown in on page 2. The cylinders are very smooth and are a brownish-brassy matte color. Associated with the cylinders is the concept "encased. " There is an underground area in Area E which appears to be important. It is a shielded area and is accessed by means of stairs which are in a building (see sketch page 4).
