SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The general site consists of buildings, land, and small water
bodies. An old grayish white structure, with columns and windows
is of interest.
Within this building, there is a round dome
object (globe) which has light underneath and a hole on top where
light comes outward.
This is a dear man-made energy resource
which affects the earth.
People who are working are around this
area looking up. Space and gases are of concern.
They are
trying to capitalize (advance) this powerful energy resource
through science exploration, technology and research (aeronautics
and Aircraft) .
Utility and threat assessment are the emphasis.
Something rises and is growing. Many things can be done with
this resource.
The function of the activity is to explore
unknown areas of
science by further utilizing the resource, and
to go higher. Commission and the air force are involved.
The
individuals here are setting something up so it will go off.
