THERE SEEMS TO BE NO MORE THAN A POUND OF DRUGS, IN THE FORM OF COCAINE, ON BOARD THIS SHIP AT ANY ONE TIME, AT LEAST WHILE IT IS TIED UP AT THE MARINA. THE DRUGS ON BOARD SEEM TO BE MORE FOR PERSONAL AND PARTY USE, THAN FOR LARGE-SCALE DEALING. ALTHOUGH THE KEY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SHIP MAY BE INVOLVED IN SOME SMALL-TIME DEALING , HE SEEMS TO OBTAIN HIS SUPPLY FROM BIG-TIME DEALERS ONSHORE.
