Summary of Information
Site involves a large, roomy, several-floored, enclosed
structure with windows, which seems to be located in an area of
mild climate, which (A/S) reminds me of California.
It is
usually not very humid, is sunny, pleasant, and not cold.
The
person of interest is very busy organizing, arranging, talking.
He is not an especially likable person to those who know his true
self -- conceited, patronizing, disdainful of everyone around him --
of everybody.
He's obnoxious,
self-centered, self-satisfied.
He's medium height, stocky but not fat, has dark eyes, is tanned,
is wearing a coat and tie, and would be considered moderately
good looking -- in fact, uses his appearance to advantage to
cultivate trust and confidence in him by others.
There's a sense
that he's at this place as a sort of quest -- someone who the real
owner thinks of as being useful or profitable.
Sense of mutual
interest -- pretense of being "buddies," when in reality it is only
common goals and interconnected self-interest that ties them
together.
Something owed insures stability and perpetuates
relationship.
There is a sense of anticipation connected with
the subjects activities -- excitement looking forward to the
successful completion of something, which will occur exterior to
the present location.
Subject comes and goes from this white
structure, though he spends most of his time here, secure,

sheltered. It's like a base of operations.
The setting in which this structure is located has lots of
plants.
It's not a dry climate, though there could be desert-
like environments not far away to the east.
Proximity of this
location to a large body of water -- A/S "ocean" -- helps keep the
climate moist -- it can get muggy and hazy.
There are lots of bird
sounds.
The structure is located in a suburban area of an urban
region.
The place where the structure is, is separated, apart,
by itself.
It's like an area of large estates with large houses
on large estates, removed from but still adjacent to dense
population areas and major roads.
To get to these more urban
areas, there's a sense of having to drive down over a slightly
winding, landscaped road, as if the white structure is on a more
or less elevated terrain feature.
The urban area seems to be
fairly modern, well-to-do, sophisticated, but not necessarily in
the US -- though there is a sense that if it isn't US, it's not
that far away. Somehow it seems "America" yet now America.
It

is west from here, on a west coast of some landmass.
The
previously mentioned "grey place" is not nearby.

Monterrey Bay area -- Santa Cruz -- but a little damper and warmer )
The nearby urban area is very noisy, cacaphonic, narrow streets,
odiferous, jumbled, close, teeming, busy, people and traffic

rushing every which way; parts of it are squalid, infested,
garish, littered, discredited; structures are heterogenous,
flat ,
red tiled roofs, colorful, clashing, haphazard, with phone wires
strung everywhere.
Doesn't seem to be English-speaking;
impression of Latin-based, like Italian or Spanish. People are

temperamental, dark, some rather squat; bustling, colorful; dark
hair and eyes.
The subject involved takes advantage of people by winning
their confidence.
He's very opportunistic, and will engage in
anything that furthers his present whim, whatever that might be.
There is a sense that narcotics may be involved in what he's up
to now.
If it is, he is involved in it in a way that he hasn't
been before -- it's not an end in itself, but rather a means to an
end.
But it still fascinates him -- it's a kind of new challenge,
so right now he's very interested in it.
Connected with all this
is a sense of resentment -- he's got a grudge about something and
much of why he's even active is in hope of a long-distance or
long-term sort of revenge somehow, or getting even.
In the
process of organizing what he's up to, he represents himself as
someone else -- something more harmless than what he is -- but it's
just a superficial "cover' -- he doesn't go out of his way to make
it especially believable. He generally feels pretty safe where
he's at.
His cover is primarily to provide those he deals with

with "plausible denial" in case anything goes wrong -- that makes
them more willing to deal with him, even they really know it's a
front.
