SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The site is a series of structures in a foreign country.
The site is a small
military compound of less than 2000 people.
Uniforms are very dark in color.
There is a large several story
building with some offices in it.
In front of this building are
a cluster of mobile military weapon structures.
These are black
and have an unusual dimensionality to them -- lots of non-90 degree
angles.
These weapon "structures" are identical
and are the only
type of weapon besides small
arms in this compound.
These mobile
med
weapon "structures" are
past
the R&D and experimental
stages but
are not deployed "out front" to use a US analogy it is as if
these weapons are in a small
base in Kansas but not in Germany or
(p.8)
Korea. A sketch of the area
is shown.
The area where the
compound is, is leveled off
flat and brown.
Nearby the
landscape is steep.
Somewhere in the area is a flat, paved off
area
like a tarmac/ (S-7) "tamarack. "
The air is cold.
