SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target site is located in a predominantly land area
described as an "undulating pine valley." The structures are
comprised mainly of older, red buildings of simple architecture.
Overhead perspectives
that include the presence of a long,
narrow building, a sort of passageway described as an "area of
concentration" are attached as ENCLOSURES 1
thru 3.
The results of creative, S&T and R&D efforts are being
applied in a multiplicity of military related applications in
accordance with a determined plan of action.
"Loud incredible sounds and noises of various degrees can be
heard and are associated with the target site. "
High degrees of

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
Inside a long building at the targeted site, there is an
apparatus which provides data and has computer characteristics.
This is the principle area of concentration (see sketches) .
The
apparatus scopes out, receives and deciphers, unknown air
(elevated) activities such as; planes and other aircraft.
It
is
similar to a kaleidoscope and is not radar related.
However ,
this apparatus could "cramp" air vehicles because it releases a
great amount of "motion energy".
It can be directed against the
stealth bomber's effectiveness by neutralizing it.
